Scottish Biodiversity Governance

The Scottish Biodiversity Committee, chaired by the Minister for Environment and Climate Change, provides the overall direction of activity for the Scottish Biodiversity Strategy. Reporting to this committee is the Delivery and Monitoring Group which will drive forward the biodiversity agenda set by the committee. There are seven groups tasked with specific activities, each reporting to the Delivery and Monitoring Group.  Further information on the biodiversity structures in Scotland and the groups supporting it is being updated.
